Multi-faith room

Library Assistant – £18,000 gross per annum
As one of the four Inns of Court, we are proud to provide support, education and accommodation to barristers at every stage of their careers.
In this part time role (24 hrs p/w) you will record and process incoming materials and invoices, track missing parts and develop a good working relationship with library suppliers. You will also process items and ready them for binding and carry out administrative tasks, assisting with legal reference queries.

You should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (e.g. senior barristers, judges, distinguished individuals from various backgrounds), remaining discrete, tactful and at ease in a high-profile environment.

You will also process items and ready them for binding, carry out some administrative tasks and assist with legal reference queries. You should have previous experience working in a similarly high-profile environment, being discrete and tactful. You will also need good IT skills, the ability to use databases and other computerised systems and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
