In this fulltime role (40 hrs p/w) you will record and process incoming materials and invoices, track missing parts and develop a good working relationship with library suppliers. You will also process items and ready them for binding, carry out some administrative tasks and assist with legal reference queries. You should have previous experience working in a similarly high-profile environment, being discrete and tactful. You will also need good IT skills, the ability to use databases and other computerised systems and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
