For May we are, in essence, featuring two books of the month: Gabriel Powel’s De adiaphoris theses theologicæ ac scholasticæ, printed in London by Robert Barker in 1606, and a manuscript leaf from the Tables of Toulouse, dated to the 15th century.
Purpose of the fund
The Inn has a limited fund available to support those students who incur substantial expenses in attending pupillage interviews and are finding this financially challenging.
Funding will be limited to cases of particular hardship or exceptional circumstances. Each applicant would be expected to underwrite the first £200 of their expenses before seeking support from the fund.

The Council of the Inns of Court Pupillage Matched Funded Scheme (PMF) helps provide additional pupillages in Chambers, and other approved training organisations, predominantly engaged in legally aided work.
It is a prerequisite of the scheme that chambers understand that matched funded pupillages are in addition to those they would have offered in any event.
