In this fulltime role (37.5 hrs pw) you will ensure the Inn’s rental income is maximised and maintained with voids and aged debts kept to a minimum. This includes managing leases and tenancies, the letting of parking spaces, preparing costings and income forecasts, servicing relevant committees and ensuring all records are appropriately maintained.
We’d love to hear from you if you have a Property based NVQ-3 or equivalent and a sound working knowledge of commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant legislation with extensive practical experience of property management. The ideal candidate will have Professional qualifications to RICS or equivalent standard.
