How can we leverage our daily experiences to improve our performance?

Practices that engage curious self-reflection and purposeful self-enquiry are a basic foundation of responsible professional practice. They are essential for learning and growth during our professional journey. This workshop gives a toolkit for supporting your reflective learning that you can integrate into your professional and personal life. The BSB's Professional Statement expects barristers to adopt a reflective practices in their work.

When you attend you will:

• Learn the importance of reflective practices and how they support you and your clients
• Understand the challenges posed by self-reflection and how to address them
• Leave with a toolkit of reflective practices you can integrate into your professional and personal development.

The workshop will be delivered by James Pereira KC who is a barrister and certified executive coach, with a particular interest in the interface between personal development and professional performance.
