A selection of canapes will be served with the drinks after the presentations. These are:* Wild mushroom and chive arancini, truffle cream Turkey sausage roll, cranberry and red onion compote Wasabi mackerel cake, cucumber gel Prawn and pickled garlic skewer, bacon jam Mulled pomegranate, Butternut squash shortbread. *subject to change If you (or your guests) have any dietary requirements and are unsure about anything please speak to the events staff on duty. |
