In allocating leases for Professional Chambers, the Inn greatly favours applications which will create additional student or pupil placements. In relation to our flats, regard is given to the extent to which an applicant may have assisted the Inn in any way, their need for accommodation, the extent to which the flat will be used (and by whom). Members are not allowed to rent flats solely for the benefit of family members or others.
