Called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 1978,the Bar of Ireland in 1996 and took Silk in 1999.Former Chairperson of the Family Bar Association of Northern Ireland.Chairperson of the Executive Council of the Inn of Court and Bar Council of Northern Ireland(2006-2008).Bencher of the Inn of Court of Northern Ireland since 2004 and Treasurer of the Inn in 2014.Co-Chair of the Forum for Barristers and Advocates of the International Bar Association and Co-Chair of the International Council of Advocates and Barristers(2008-2012).Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and Fellow of the International Association of Barristers.

Noelle has a varied employment law,family law, judicial review and civil practice and is a member of the Senior Crown Civil Panel,the Senior Panel for Employment and Family Law of the Directorate of Legal Services and the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.She is a trainer for the Advocacy Training Board of the Bar Council of Northern Ireland.She is an Associate Member of 6,Pump Court.
