Masters of the Bench

Michael Rubenstein has been the editor of Industrial Relations Law Reports since it was started in 1972. He is also General Editor of Equality Law Reports and Publisher of Equal Opportunities Review. He is an honorary vice-president of the Industrial Law Society, a management board member of the Equal Rights Trust, and a member of the Advisory Council of Public Concern at Work. He has acted as a consultant on discrimination and employment law to numerous international and national organisations, including the European Commission, for whom he drafted the widely-used Code of Practice on measures to combat sexual harassment at work.
