Masters of the Bench

Master Maclean has carried out Socio Legal research at the University of Oxford since 1974. She founded the Oxford Centre for Family Law and Policy in 2001 and is now its joint Director. She has acted as the Academic Adviser to the Lord Chancellor’s Department since 1997. She is a Senior Research Fellow at St Hilda’s College, Oxford.
