Professor Hugh Collins is the Vinerian Professor of English Law at the University of Oxford and a fellow of All Souls College. He was the professor of English Law at the London School of Economic from 1991 to 2013. He has been articles editor and general editor of the Modern Law Review and a co-founder of the Society for European Contract Law.
