Full Title: Miss Clodagh Bradley KCCategory: Ordinary Bencher Bench Call Date: 4.2.2025 Call Date: 10.10.1996 Bio: Clodagh is Irish and grew up in Brussels and Northern Germany. She speaks German and French. Clodagh read law at Magdalene College, Cambridge, and joined Middle Temple as a student, securing an Astbury Major Scholarship and she was a Harmsworth Major Entrance Exhibitioner, before being called to the Bar in 1996 and taking Silk in 2016. Since the outset of her career, Clodagh has specialised in medical law, with a particular emphasis on high-value complex clinical negligence claims (for Claimants and Defendants), inquests with a medical or psychiatric element and healthcare regulatory law. Clodagh served on the Professional Negligence Bar Association’s Executive Committee for a decade and Chaired that Committee from 2020-2022.She has been 1 Crown Office Row’s Middle Temple Chambers’ representative for many years, and encourages regular attendance in Hall and other activities. Clodagh is particularly interested in attracting and retaining diverse talent at the Bar. To that end, she has been a regular supporter of Temple Women’s Forum, Survive & Thrive events, outreach projects for students from underrepresented backgrounds (e.g. The Sutton Trust), interviewing prospective pupils, mentoring and providing informal support and guidance to prospective and current barristers.
