He acted for the promoters of the London Olympic Games 2012, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Crossrail, Wembley Stadium Link, Greenwich Peninsula, Terminal 5 Heathrow and other major projects. He has appeared in numerous cases concerning compensation and rating valuation in the Lands Tribunal and Court of Appeal in UK and in Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal.
