Masters of the Bench

Bruce Blair practised at 1, Hare Court (formerly 1, Mitre Court Buildings) from 1970- 2015, where he was Head of Chambers from 1997-2007.  He took silk in 1989 and has sat as Deputy High Court Judge of the Family Division from 1990.  Bruce is a Commissioner of the Royal Court of Jersey and is also Chairman of the British Horseracing Authority  Appeal Board .  He  is married, with descendants too numerous to mention.
