Masters of the Bench

Jonathan Arkush has been a practising barrister for more than 30 years, mainly in the fields of commercial law, real property, trusts and contested probate. For most of that time he was at 11 Stone Buildings and since 2015 at Enterprise Chambers, both in Lincoln’s Inn. In 2000 he branched out to become an accredited mediator and mediation now forms an important part of his practice. In 2003 Jonathan was appointed to the judicial office of Deputy Chancery Master in the High Court. Jonathan has had a long involvement in the Jewish community and in 2015 was elected President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, the community’s representative body. He is married with three children and three grandchildren.
