Masters of the Bench

Shen Yi co-founded TSMP Law Corporation in 1998 and is currently its Joint Managing Director. He read law at St John's College, Cambridge, topped the English Bar Examination in 1992, and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1993. His areas of practice include corporate and commercial litigation, construction and engineering disputes, banking, financial and trust litigation, competition law and information technology disputes. He was appointed Senior Counsel in 2008 and is currently serving on the Council of the Law Society as President.
