Ben Hubble KC was called to the Bar in 1992 and took Silk in 2009.

Ben is a specialist in professional liability, disciplinary, regulatory and commercial work as well as with the associated insurance issues that often arise. Ben regularly acts on high value claims in the professional liability arena, particularly those where the dispute is of a commercial or international nature and is multi-party.

Ben is particularly experienced in regulatory and professional disciplinary issues in the legal and financial sectors. Ben advises a number of city firms on regulatory and compliance issues, as well as acting on disciplinary proceedings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. On the financial, disciplinary and regulatory side, Ben has longstanding expertise having acted in many of the large accountancy disciplinary proceedings of this decade.

Ben was Head of Chambers at 4 New Square from 2013 to 2016 and is Chairman of the Professional Negligence Bar Association.
