Jacqueline practices in all areas of IP and in IT law, with particular specialisms in trade-marks, design right copyright and data protection. Jacqueline has built longstanding relationships with well-known beauty and fashion brands and is regularly instructed by them to appear in court and to advise more generally.

Jacqueline is listed as a leading junior in IP in Legal500.

Jacqueline was involved with the Bar Council for 19 years as a member, then Chair of the IT Panel and also as Co-Chair of the Legal Services Committee (during COVID). In these roles , Jacqueline played an active role in deciding on key issues affecting the profession and the wider community, including in relation to the implementation of IT developments and how affected the Bar and the Bar Council.

She has been involved in IP Inclusive, a diversity and inclusion initiative for IP professionals, from its inception in 2015 and has worked with the Bar Pro Bono Unit (now Advocate) since 2003.
