Full Title: Nicholas Vineall KCCategory: Ordinary Bencher Bench Call Date: 21.7.2015 Call Date: 22.11.1988 Bio: Master Vineall was educated at RGS Guildford, Christ’s College Cambridge, and the University of Pittsburgh where he was a Harkness Fellow. He began professional life as a general common lawyer at 12 KBW, but since 1998 has practised from 4 Pump Court where he has a broadly based commercial and construction practice. He is also a member of Arbitration Chambers Hong Kong and sits as an arbitrator. He is interested in education and served on the ICSL and has been a school governor at Waverley School in Peckham and at the RGS in Guildford. He is a Trustee of the Harold G Fox scholarships. He has served on the Bar Council (and was chair of the young bar), and was Vice Chair of the BSB Standards Committee. He stood as a parliamentary candidate in 2001 and 2005, and was a Southwark councillor for 4 years. He enjoys singing and is an enthusiastic but poor player of tennis and squash.
