Paul has a broad commercial practice, specialising in complex business, financial, banking, international, fraud and high-tech litigation and arbitration with a particular emphasis on courtroom and arbitral advocacy. He practises from 20 Essex Street in London having previously been in chambers at 3 Verulam Buildings for 17 years and Littleton Chambers (formerly 2 Crown Office Row) for 12 years. He has been involved with Middle Temple Advocacy as a trainer almost since it was founded.
Paul is Chairman of Trustees of the International Law Book Facility, a charity that collects and distributes used legal texts to the developing world and he sits part-time as Chairman of Bar Disciplinary Tribunals. He is also a qualified Mediator. |
