Masters of the Bench

A Specialist Circuit Judge (Chancery) in Manchester (2006), Mark also sits as a Deputy in London.  He served on the MTSA Committee from 1978-79 before being Called.  He became a Sponsor almost immediately and continued until taking Silk in 2003.  After time at 12 King's Bench Walk and Monckton Chambers, he arrived at 3 Verulam Buildings in 2000.  He had a flourishing commercial practice at the Bar with some work in the Technology and Construction Court.  He is a Recorder, Mediator and Adjudicator.  He served on the board and was Chairman of the Board of Governors of Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication from 1992-2000.
