Masters of the Bench

Andrew Bartlett took silk in 1993. His practice at the Bar was mainly in insurance, construction and professional negligence. He was Chairman of TECBAR 2007-2010 and Head of Crown Office Chambers 2009-2012. His main activity is now as an international arbitrator in London, the Middle East, Europe, New York, Singapore, and elsewhere. From time to time he sits as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court (Technology and Construction Court), as a Judge of the Upper Tribunal in Financial Services and Information Rights and as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal in Information Rights.
