Event Details

Directed by Master Amanda Redman. Six curated scenes from Shakespeare, performed as a live immersive promenade through the hidden Elm Court Garden at Middle Temple.

Led by a playful Elizabethan fool, audiences move through the gardens wearing audio headsets as the stories unfold around them.

Middle Temple Hall is thought to have hosted the first performance of Twelfth Night more than four centuries ago.

Tickets include a welcome glass of sparkling wine, wine, beer or a soft drink, and a guided tour of the Great Hall (tours at 13:15, 15:15, 17:15 and 19:15; 20:00 performances join the 19:15 tour).

Running time approximately 60 minutes. Suitable for ages 12 and above.

Entrances via Fleet Street and Tudor Street.
