In this full‑time role (37.5 hours per week), you will be the first point of contact for the Inn, welcoming visitors in person and responding to enquiries by phone and email. You will provide a high standard of customer service while carrying out a wide range of administrative duties.
Your responsibilities will include answering general enquiries, delivering excellent service to members and guests, booking event tickets, managing waiting lists and selling merchandise to both Inn members and the general public. You will also manage bookings for the Inn’s on‑site accommodation for members (“Lodgings”), including handling cancellations where required. In addition, you will staff the main reception desk in the Ashley Building as needed, ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient front‑of‑house service at all times.
