Huge congratulations to Middle Temple's Shakespeare Cup team for bringing home the 2026 trophy for the 5th time. With a cast of students, members and benchers, Middle Temple's production of Pericles was a runaway success and did the Bard proud.
The Temple Shakespeare Cup began in 2019, with a pause during the Covid years. The competition, a joint venture between Middle and Inner Temples, is the brainchild of Master Louise McCullough, Colin Witcher, Thomas Mallon and Dan Proctor and a team from Inner. Huge plaudits to Thomas Mallon for his skilled direction.
It's hoped that the prize-winning production will be performed again in Hall at a later date.
