Bio:

Jane came to the Bar after working as a journalist. She was called in 1995 and took silk in 2014. She conducts a broad range of work with a focus on the areas of sport and employment. Sports work spans regulatory, disciplinary, agency and commercial disputes. In relation to employment, she deals with team moves, restrictive covenants, garden leave, confidentiality, whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, dismissal and breach of contract. She also mediates, conducts investigations, both confidential and in the public domain, and sits as an arbitrator. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a CEDR accredited mediator, a member of Sport Resolutions’ arbitrator and mediator panels, an Appeal Steward for the British Board of Boxing Control and formerly sat as an Anti-Corruption Hearing Officer for international tennis. She is Joint Head of Chambers at Blackstone Chambers.
