Bio:

Judge Brendan E Greiner is a District Associate Judge of the state of Iowa and a dual qualified solicitor of England and Wales. He previously practised as a criminal prosecutor specialising in vehicular homicides and white-collar offences. Each year, Judge Greiner serves as a faculty member of Creighton Law School in Omaha, Nebraska, where he introduces American law students to English trial court advocacy. The students follow this training by immersing themselves with Middle Temple barristers and pupils at the Cumberland Lodge Trial Advocacy Weekend. There they learn the finer details of courtroom advocacy from experienced masters and barristers.

Judge Greiner is past president of the C Edwin Moore American Inn of Court, a legal educator, a certified mediator, and a trained arbitrator.
