In recognition of Disability Pride Month, Middle Temple’s Disability Forum is pleased to host a panel discussion focused on neurodivergence at the Bar. This event will explore the experiences, challenges, and contributions of neurodivergent barristers, highlighting the importance of inclusive practice and supportive professional environments.
Panellists will share personal insights and practical perspectives on navigating the profession as neurodivergent practitioners, addressing barriers to progression, and identifying opportunities to foster greater understanding and inclusion across the Bar. The discussion will be followed by a reception, providing attendees with an opportunity to continue the conversation and connect with colleagues.
This event aims to promote awareness, encourage meaningful dialogue, and support Middle Temple’s ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion within the profession.
