 thical foundations of practice for junior barriste
 rs\, both in and outside the courtroom. Students w
 ill learn how to identify core duties\, interpret 
 key provisions of the Bar Code of Conduct\, and ap
 ply them to real ethical dilemmas. The speakers wi
 ll also touch on common challenges that come up du
 ring training and early practice\, with practical 
 tips on how to handle tricky situations with confi
 dence and good judgment.</p>\n \n <hr />\n <p><em>
 Student members must attend all elements of the ev
 ent in order to be awarded the Qualifying Session.
