Monday 19th March

Soups:  Sweet potato and ginger or Leek and maple bacon

Smoked haddock, poached egg, chive butter sauce, pink fir potato

Chicken crown with mushroom and tarragon butter

Pork chops baked in a creamy apple and chestnut sauce

Tenderstem, walnut and stilton galette (V)

Chocolate fondant, salted caramel, clotted cream


Tuesday 20th March

Soups: Broccoli and spinach or Oxtail with parsley dumplings

Pan roasted breast and presssed leg of guinea fowl, braised peas, baby onions and gem lettuce

Roast loin rack of pork with Bramley apple sauce and cider gravy

Soy and ginger braised salmon, black tea rice

Spelt, barley, squash and sage risotto (V)

Treacle tart, blood orange compote and crème fraiche


Wednesday 21st March

Soups: Roast carrot and apple or Lemon chicken and rice

Grilled lemon sole fillet, almond and caper beurre noisette, sprouting broccoli

Shoulder of lamb studded with rosemary and garlic

Parma ham wrapped chicken supreme stuffed with roule cheese

Aubergine parmigiana (V)

Rhubarb and almond crumble, vanilla ice cream


Thursday 22nd March

Soups: Pea and mint or Lamb and spring vegetable

Seared mackerel, beetroot and horseradish, lemon mash

Jerk spiced gammon with rum gravy

Lamb and butternut squash lasagne 

Roast root vegetable tagine with herb cous cous (V)

White chocolate bread and butter pudding


Friday 23rd March

Soups: Leek and potato or Prawn and red curry

Aged rib eye of beef, Yorkshire pudding and horseradish

Crisp battered haddock, tartare sauce and mushy peas

Beetroot and feta burger (V)

Baked apple filled with walnuts and dates, boozy custard
