Pea and pesto fusilli, lemon, sun blushed tomato and crumbled feta (V)

Plum clafoutis, vanilla custard


Tuesday 19 September

Honey glazed gammon, Cumberland sauce

Pan roasted hake, spring onion mash, grilled tenderstem broccoli, sauce vierge

Grilled chicken supreme, grain mustard and cream sauce

Butternut squash, aubergine and rocket crepe, sage and walnut butter  (V)

Baked sultana rice pudding, apricot compote


Wednesday 20 September

Lemon and thyme roasted turkey breast, chipolata, sage and onion stuffing

 Roasted monkfish, yellow coconut and mussel curry, wild rice

Minute steak, grilled mushroom, béarnaise sauce

Chickpea and vegetable burger, garlic yoghurt  (V)

Steamed treacle sponge, custard


Thursday 21 September

Slow roasted leg of pork, crackling, apple sauce

Herb crusted cod fillet, braised baby gem, crushed peas, dill and white wine cream

Lamb kofta curry, basmati rice, mint yoghurt

Pumpkin ravioli, spinach and wild mushroom ragout (V)

Apple pie, vanilla ice cream


Friday 22 September

32 day aged British fore rib of beef, horseradish, Yorkshire pudding

Battered haddock, tartar sauce, lemon

Vegetable chow mein, fried tofu (V)

Chocolate and pecan brownie, chocolate sauce
