Caramel baked apple with whiskey cream

Rolled belly of pork, crackling, Bramley apple sauce

Grilled hake, wild mushrooms and razor clams

Chicken cacciatore, buttered noodles

Aubergine parmigiana (V)

Soups: Pumpkin and chestnut or Potato and bacon

Essex turkey breast, apple and walnut stuffing and cranberry sauce

Steamed cod fillet, leek fondue, cockle and chive sauce

Lancashire hot pot

Portobello mushrooms stuffed with feta, wild rice and kale (V)

Pecan pie with clotted cream and maple syrup

32 day aged fore rib of beef , Yorkshire pudding and horseradish

Battered haddock, tartare sauce and mushy peas

Pumpkin and chickpea curry, raita, rice and poppadums (V)

Creamy rice pudding, spiced plums
