Tickets on sale for Battle of the Bands - 22 April 2016

On 22 April, Middle Temple and Female Fraud Forum will jointly be hosting a spectacular evening of entertainment, aimed at combining a lot of musical fun with raising funds for two good causes.  We are pleased to announce that:

TICKETS are NOW ON SALE for BATTLE OF THE BANDS 2016, an unmissable music extravaganza, in memory of Simon Draycott QC

Simon was a much-loved member of the Inn and one of the two beneficiaries of funds raised will be St. Joseph’s Hospice.  The other will be Middle Temple Scholarship funds.

Details of the evening:

Time: 1830-0100

Venue: Middle Temple Hall

6.30pm - 7pm - Drinks reception kindly sponsored by 5 St. Andrews Hill

7pm - 11pm - 5 bands will battle it out:

  • The Alibis starring Rhodri Price Lewis, QC - Landmark Chambers & Master of Middle Temple elect.
  • The Last Gasp starring Alistair Webster, QC - 33 Chancery Lane & Master of Middle Temple
  • IM Beats starring Law Rocks winners Nikki Link, Irwin Mitchell & Katie Stephenson 
  • Wasted Costs starring Richard Sutton, QC - 18 RLC & Master of Middle Temple
  • Streets Ahead starring Ricky Powell, Middle Temple Scholar and Member of Revels

Voting will then open and DJ Will Christopher, Partner at Kingsley Napley will keep the party going until 1am.

Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis so buy your ticket fast before they are sold out!

Tickets are priced at £35 - This price includes prosecco at the drinks reception 6.30-7pm, food for the evening (including a midnight feast of bacon sandwiches) and a £10 charitable donation.

We really hope you will be able to join us at what promises to be a night to remember but if for any reason you are unable to attend, you can still make a donation on our fundraising page.

On the night, there will also be a business card draw with some fabulous prizes to be won including a week for 10 people in a chalet in the Alps,a week in the Tuscan sun at Borgo Di Vagi, cocktails for 2 at Zetter Townhouse and other great prizes. All donations will go to our two well deserving charities, St. Joseph's Hospice and the Middle Temple Scholarship Fund Appeal.
